Have always loved mee siam - so tried it last evening for berbuka puasa - cooked a whole packet so that I can pass some to my neighbour. To my horror, I discovered it tastes like pure salt. Wondered about the whole botlle of tauchu while cooking, and decided to use only 3/4 but it is still salty. Would recommend that u use the approx weight found on the bottle to indicate the real amount required. Otherwise I think it is a good dish! TQ
